Dr. Bimal K. Bose (Life Fellow, IEEE) is currently an Emeritus Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN, USA. He was Endowed Chair Professor (Condra Chair of Excellence in Power Electronics) at the University of Tennessee from 1987 until 2003, where he was responsible to organize power electronics education and research program. Concurrently, he was the Distinguished Scientist (1990-1992) and the Chief Scientist (1987-1989) of EPRI (Electric Power Research Institute) Power Electronics Applications Center (PEAC) in Knoxville, TN, USA. Prior to that, he was a Research Engineer in General Electric Corporate Research and Development (GE-CRD) (now GE Global Research Center), Schenectady, NY, USA for 11 years (1976 -1987). From 1971 to 1976, he was an Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY, USA.

He is recognized as world-renowned authority and pioneer in power electronics for his many research contributions that include high frequency link power conversion, advanced control techniques by microcomputers, invention of transistor ac power switch for matrix converters, adaptive hysteresis-band current control, artificial intelligence applications in power electronics, etc.

He has authored/edited eight books in Power Electronics: Power Electronics in Renewable Energy Systems and Smart Grid (Piscataway, NJ, USA: IEEE Press/Wiley, 2019), Power Electronics and Motor Drives Advances and Trends (New York, NY, USA: Academic Press, 1stedition in 2006 and 2nd edition in 2020), Modern Power Electronics and AC Drives (Englewood Cliffs, NJ, USA: Prentice-Hall, 2001), Power Electronics and Variable Frequency Drives (Piscataway, NJ, USA: IEEE Press/Wiley,1997), Modern Power Electronics (Piscataway, NJ, USA, IEEE Press, 1992), Microcomputer Control of Power Electronics and Drives (Piscataway, NJ, USA: IEEE Press, 1987), Power Electronics and AC Drives (Englewood Cliffs, NJ, USA: Prentice-Hall, 1986) Power Electronics and AC Drive Systems (Piscataway, NJ, USA: IEEE Press, 1982). He holds 21 U. S. Patents.

Dr. Bose received the IEEE Power Electronics Society Newell Award (2005), the IEEE Millennium Medal (2000), the IEEE Meritorious Achievement Award in Continuing Education (1997), the IEEE Lamme Gold Medal (1996), the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society (IES) Dr. Eugene Mittellmann Achievement Award (for lifetime achievement) (1994), the IEEE Region 3 Outstanding Engineer Award (1994), the Industry Applications Society Outstanding Achievement Award (1993), the GE Silver Patent Medal (1986), the GE Publication Award (1985), Calcutta University Mouat Gold Medal (1970), and Honorary Professorship of Shanghai University, China; University of Mining and Technology, X'an Mining Institute, and Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He also received the IIEST Alumni Association Lifetime Achievement Award (2018), the IIEST Distinguished Alumnus Award (2006), the D. Sc. Degree (Honoris Causa) from IIEST (2013), Distinguished Lecturership of IAS and IES, and a number of prize paper awards. The IEEE Industrial Electronics Magazine published a special issue (June 2009) "Honoring Bimal Bose and celebrating His Contributions in Power Electronics". The IES Dr. Bimal Bose Energy Systems Award was established in 2014, which was funded by the IEEE Foundation and the IEEE IE Society.

He is an elected member of the U. S. National Academy of Engineering.

Professor Dr Maxim G. Ponomarev, CEO, Director, Founder Cambridge Research and Consultancy was born on January 24, 1968. He is famous plasma scientist included in the Wikipedia List of plasma physicists.

He published more than 52 research papers regarding novel physical methods.

GHEORGHE GRIGORAS is a Full Professor at the ''Gheorghe Asach'' Technical University of Iasi, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Energetics and Applied Informatics, Romania. Also, he is Head of the ''Availability of Energy Systems Supplied from Renewable Sources'' Research Laboratory and ''Energy Management/Energy Quality Optimization'' Department of the Power Systems Engineering Research Center at ''Gheorghe Asachi'' Technical University of Iasi. He is the author of 17 books, 15 book chapters, and more than 300 articles having as the research topic applications of Artificial Intelligence techniques in various research areas of power engineering (load modelling, power quality, increasing the energy efficiency in the electric networks, optimal integration of renewable energy sources in the electrical networks, supervisory and control of power systems). These research topics were motivated by the current technological developments in the Power Engineering field and the gradual implementation of the Smart Grid concept. He is a Topic Editor for two journals indexed by WoS (Mathematics - ISSN: 2227-7390) and Applied Sciences - ISSN 2076-3417). Professor Grigoras was a Guest Editor of six Special Issues for peer-reviewed journals indexed by WoS. He was a General Chair of 8 international conferences and a member of over 300 technical program committees of the international symposia and conferences carried out in countries from Europe, Asia, North America, Australia, and Africa. He is a Member of the International Association of Engineers and the World Academy of Science, Engineering, and Technology.

Prof., Dr. of Sc. Kartlos Joseph Kachiashvili is Professor of Georgian Technical University, Faculty of Informatics and Control Systems. He is a Member (Academician) of Georgian National Academy of Science. He also is Senior Scientific Worker of the I. Vekua Institute of Applied Mathematics of the Tbilisi State University (Tbilisi, Georgia) and Main Scientific Worker of Muskhelishvili Institute of Computational Mathematics. He was working in many scientific research institutes and universities in Georgia, Russia and Pakistan on the positions: engineer, scientific worker, Head of Laboratory, Head of Department, Head of National Center, Professor, Rector of Institute. Elzbieta Patkowska is an Professor of Phytopathology at the University of Life Sciences in Lublin, Poland. She studied Biology at the Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin, Poland and then got Ph.D. (2000) and Habilitated Doctor degrees (2012) at the University of Life Sciences in Lublin in the subject of biodiversity of microorganisms colonizing soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merrill] and susceptibility of different varieties of plants to infection by fungi with special regard to Phomopsis sojae Lehman. She is interested in the interactions between plants and pathogenic/non-pathogenic microorganisms and the possibility of applying biological methods in plant protection. At present she is concerned with the occurrence, symptomatology and etiology of vegetable plants caused by fungi, as well as with beneficial microorganisms and biostimulants as the factors promoting plant growth and ensuring their resistance to biotic stress.

Yang Yue received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering and optics from Nankai University, China, in 2004 and 2007, respectively. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California, USA, in 2012. He is currently a Professor with the School of Information and Communications Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China. He is the founder and current PI of Intelligent Photonic Application Technology Laboratory (iPatLab). Dr. Yue current research interest is intelligent photonics, including optical communications, optical perception, and optical chip. He has published >300 journal papers (including Science) and conference proceedings with >13,000 citations, one book, seven edited books, two book chapters, >70 issued or pending patents, >200 invited presentations (including 1 tutorial, >30 plenary and >80 keynote talks). Dr. Yue is a Fellow of SPIE, a Senior Member of IEEE and Optica. He is also among the Top 2% Scientists List Worldwide by Stanford University. He is an Associate Editor for IEEE Access and Frontiers in Physics, Editor Board Member for four other scientific journals, Guest Editor for >10 journal special issues. He also served as Chair or Committee Member for >100 international conferences, Reviewer for >70 prestigious journals.

Dr. Mohammad Arif Kamal is an Architect having 20 years of Teaching, Research and Professional experience in the field of Architecture, Building Technology and Interior Design, He did his Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch.) with Honors from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India in 2000, and secured a Master of Architecture (M. Arch.) on an MHRD GATE Fellowship from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee, in 2002 and Ph.D. in 'Energy Responsiveness in Traditional Residential Buildings of Lucknow' on MHRD Fellowship, from IIT, Roorkee in 2007. His major fields of interest are Environmental Design, Sustainable Architecture, Energy Efficiency in Buildings, Climate Responsive Architecture, Traditional Architecture etc. Dr. Kamal is presently working as an Associate Professor at Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. He has published 5 books and edited 4 Special Topic Volumes related to Sustainable Building Materials, published by Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland. He has published around 120 research papers in International Journals and Conferences. Dr. Kamal has an h-index of 14 and i10 index of 25.....with around 1133 Citations (Highest Number of Publications and Highest Number of Citations in Architecture in India). Dr. Kamal is an Editorial Board Member of many International Journals and Conferences related to the Field of Architecture and Building Construction Engineering. He is a lifetime member of the Council of Architecture, India, and an Associate member of the Indian Institute of Architects, India. He is also a panel member of many International Research Organizations and Professional Bodies.
