Dr. Bimal K. Bose (Life Fellow, IEEE) is currently an Emeritus Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN, USA. He was Endowed Chair Professor (Condra Chair of Excellence in Power Electronics) at the University of Tennessee from 1987 until 2003, where he was responsible to organize power electronics education and research program. Concurrently, he was the Distinguished Scientist (1990-1992) and the Chief Scientist (1987-1989) of EPRI (Electric Power Research Institute) Power Electronics Applications Center (PEAC) in Knoxville, TN, USA. Prior to that, he was a Research Engineer in General Electric Corporate Research and Development (GE-CRD) (now GE Global Research Center), Schenectady, NY, USA for 11 years (1976 -1987). From 1971 to 1976, he was an Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY, USA. He also received the IIEST Alumni Association Lifetime Achievement Award (2018), the IIEST Distinguished Alumnus Award (2006), the D. Sc. Degree (Honoris Causa) from IIEST (2013), Distinguished Lecturership of IAS and IES, and a number of prize paper awards. The IEEE Industrial Electronics Magazine published a special issue (June 2009) "Honoring Bimal Bose and celebrating His Contributions in Power Electronics". The IES Dr. Bimal Bose Energy Systems Award was established in 2014, which was funded by the IEEE Foundation and the IEEE IE Society. He is an elected member of the U. S. National Academy of Engineering.

Elzbieta Patkowska is an Professor of Phytopathology at the University of Life Sciences in Lublin, Poland. She studied Biology at the Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin, Poland and then got Ph.D. (2000) and Habilitated Doctor degrees (2012) at the University of Life Sciences in Lublin in the subject of biodiversity of microorganisms colonizing soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merrill] and susceptibility of different varieties of plants to infection by fungi with special regard to Phomopsis sojae Lehman. She is interested in the interactions between plants and pathogenic/non-pathogenic microorganisms and the possibility of applying biological methods in plant protection. At present she is concerned with the occurrence, symptomatology and etiology of vegetable plants caused by fungi, as well as with beneficial microorganisms and biostimulants as the factors promoting plant growth and ensuring their resistance to biotic stress.
Yang Yue received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering and optics from Nankai University, China, in 2004 and 2007, respectively. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California, USA, in 2012. He is currently a Professor with the School of Information and Communications Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China. He is the founder and current PI of Intelligent Photonic Application Technology Laboratory (iPatLab). Dr. Yue current research interest is intelligent photonics, including optical communications, optical perception, and optical chip. Dr. Mohammad Arif Kamal is an Architect having 20 years of Teaching, Research and Professional experience in the field of Architecture, Building Technology and Interior Design, He did his Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch.) with Honors from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India in 2000, and secured a Master of Architecture (M.
