Dr. Bimal K. Bose (Life Fellow, IEEE) is currently an Emeritus Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN, USA. He was Endowed Chair Professor (Condra Chair of Excellence in Power Electronics) at the University of Tennessee from 1987 until 2003, where he was responsible to organize power electronics education and research program. During the same period, I served as a department manager at the Azerbaijan Ministry of Education and taught part-time at the same university's Department of Technical Drawing. In 1991 and 1992, I served as a Member of Parliament and Prime Minister of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. In 1994, I became a professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Gazi University, Republic of Turkey. Later, I worked as an advisor at the Turkish Prime Ministry and as a manager and executive in the R&D unit of the Ministry of National Defense and on special projects for the Air Force. After Gazi University, I worked at Abdullah Gul University and Giresun University. Since 2021, I have been serving as a member of the Board of Trustees of Ankara Bilim University. I have also established the "Anadolu Plasma Technologies" and the "Beycan Ibrahimoglu Plasma Technologies Education Fund," continuing my work in research and education. Prof. Dr. Beycan Ibrahimoglu is also a member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences and the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences. He has authored 120 scientific articles and 18 patents.

Sundari Ramabhotla is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Florida Polytechnic University. She earned her PhD in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University, Lubbock, MS in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach and BS from JNTU, India, in Electrical Engineering. Her research interests are Power Systems, Renewable Energy, Microgrids, Energy Storage, Sustainable Energy, and Resiliency. Her main research emphasis is on optimization of microgrids operation by integrating renewable energy sources. She has good experience in teaching and research from several years in academia. She is a Senior member of IEEE, has published and reviewed several articles in IEEE.

Dr. Sikiru O. Ismail is a Chartered Engineer and Senior Lecturer in Manufacturing Engineering and Materials, University of Hertfordshire, England, UK. He obtained ND, BEng (Hons) and MSc with First Class Honours/Distinction Grades before his PGCE and PhD degree with prizes/awards. He has several years of experience in both industry and academia. His research specialisation focuses on Advanced Manufacturing (Mechanical) Engineering and Materials: Innovative Manufacturing Processes (Subtractive: machining; Additive: 3D/4D printing and Formative: Extrusion, injection moulding, among others) and Materials (Composites) Development. He has won research grants locally/internationally, and published several articles. He is a Reviewer and Editorial Board Member, a Lead/Guest Editor of many reputable Journals. He is a Member, Chartered Engineer and Fellow of relevant professional bodies in the UK, USA and other countries.

Dr. Haider is a scientific researcher specializing in mechanoluminescence (ML) and ultrasound-induced luminescence (Us-L) properties of phosphor materials. He has developed several novel experimental techniques for investigating ML and Us-L phenomena and focuses on fabricating ML-based stress sensors for industrial and medical applications. His work also includes the design of multifunctional ML material films that respond to diverse mechanical stimuli, enabling the visualization of acoustic (especially Ultrasonic) waves for advanced sensing and optoelectronic applications. In addition, he has extensive research experience in electrochemical energy storage and conversion devices, particularly in supercapacitors, supercapatteries, and the mechanistic investigation of charge storage in battery-grade electrode materials.

Moreover, in recognition of the significance of his Ph.D. research, the value of the results obtained, their timeliness, and the high level of scientific novelty, Dr. Haider was awarded a distinction for his doctoral dissertation.

Oresteban Carabeo is an accomplished inventor, innovative medical device scientist, and passionate advocate for diabetes prevention, treatment, and cure. He is currently a PhD candidate in Artificial Intelligence at Capitol Technology University, where he is exploring the intersection of AI and medical technology. With over 20 years of extensive experience in biomedical engineering, software engineering, and intellectual property training, Carabeo has dedicated his career to advancing the field of medical technology. His expertise encompasses designing electro-mechanical products, implementing medical devices, testing sensors, creating prototypes, and optimizing microchip system performance. His work has significantly impacted the development of neurophysiologic stimulation techniques for diabetes management.
Carabeo's groundbreaking research culminated in the invention of a revolutionary medical procedure utilizing a special-purpose device applicator that employs a novel waveform designed to cure Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, as well as insulin resistance. Carabeo holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Kaplan University School of Sciences and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Management, specializing in Information Security Auditing, from St. Thomas University. His technical training and experience were further honed at Western Systems Research (WSR), a pioneering company in neuro-medical device design and development, where he gained intricate knowledge of vestibular systems.
In his role as a quality control expert, Carabeo contributed to testing critical systems for NASA, including Electronystagmography and Vestibular Autorotation Tests, which are vital for evaluating astronaut health during space missions. His extensive research and experience in medical devices have led to the creation of a market-ready prototype that offers a non-invasive and reliable cure for diabetes, applicable to over 828 million adults worldwide.

I was born in Turkey in 1994. I started my Mechanical Engineering degree at TOBB University of Economics and Technology in 2012. I was eligible for a scholarship based on my academic achievements during my undergraduate studies. I started my Master's degree at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2018 and worked on academic projects and as a teaching assistant during my master's program. I am currently defending my doctoral thesis at Kyiv Polytechnic Institute since 2020.
